POP Pilates A powerful fusion of music, strength and choreography that takes classical Pilates to the next level. POP Pilates is a dance on the mat!
Pyramid Pilates Work through different levels in this fun and challenging mat Pilates class! Using a pyramid structure, you will get a total body workout where you can challenge yourself to your own max, while focusing on proper body-alignment and form!

Strength Express A quick and efficient 45 minute session to hit multiple muscle groups! In this class you will use heavier weights, as we will be focusing on building strength rather than endurance. Shorter sets and reps, you will perform compound exercises (using more than one muscle group at a time), full ranges of motion, with a completely different feel than other classes. Still using the music beats to motivate and count you through the exercises, this 30 minute session will leave you feeling full charged and empowered. You can do it as a single class on its own, or if you’re ready, this class is a great idea to add as a double header after a cardio class.
TRX (Taking a Beginner TRX class before attending this class is recommended) Our TRX Suspension class offers a full-body challenge. TRX is a total body exercise system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform a wide variety of exercises.

Soul Ryde 30, 40, or 50 minute Soul Ryde classes. Ryde to the rhythm and sweat to the beat! This class is done on stationary bikes in a room that was built especially for indoor cycling! It’s a party on the bike! Clip in shoes available for use. Sweat towels and post-class face cloths provided.
SLOW Ryde This is the PERFECT Ryde class to start with! If you haven’t exercised in a long time, this is the LOW IMPACT class for you!
Tabata Ryde Cycling with high intensity interval drills. Drills are 20 seconds of high intensity, 10 seconds of recovery repeated in sets. Rest and repeat!

Journey Into Power
Journey Into Power This Vinyasa Yoga class is geared towards challenging you to grow and expand your practice within the Baptiste Yoga, following the Journey into Power sequence. Teachers offer some modifications and variations for postures while maintaining a steady, flowing pace with some deep posture holds.
Yoga Conditioning This class blends traditional yoga with dynamic strength training for increased cardiovascular fitness and agility. Yoga conditioning builds stamina, enhances range of motion and improves aerobics capacity.
Hatha 26 Yoga This class consists of 26 postures including 2 breathing exercises. The series is designed to heal the body systematically through performing the asanas in a set sequence. Each posture stretches and strengthens specific muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints needed for the next posture. It also stimulates the organs, glands, and nerves, moving fresh oxygenated blood throughout the body.
Yin Yoga A more passive approach to yoga. The postures are held for longer periods which allows for deeper opening into the connective tissues. This is a popular option for tight sore bodies and for yoga beginners, due to the slower pace. Yin yoga offers both physical and meditative benefits. It is a wonderful compliment to a more active “yang like” exercise regimen.
Restorative Yoga Restorative yoga is a gentle class with the aid of props- blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps.
