My life led me to opening Soul Studio almost 8 years ago; and now the time has come for change.
I have made a very hard & heartbreaking decision not to renew my lease and Soul Studio will be closing its doors July 31. Being in the industry for over 20 years, times have changed; the studio model has rapidly evolved and shifted to an online focus. We will be keeping our on-demand library of classes up for the remainder of the year.

The last few years came with big challenges and the fitness industry was one of the hardest hit industries with the inconsistencies of rules and very little financial relief for small business. At the beginning of the pandemic, it was a matter of survival, and my goal was to keep people moving and connected. Soul Studio ran full operations throughout this all and I’m proud to say it served its purpose. Unfortunately, now, the business is just not sustainable during these times. I’ve cared so much about the people and have worked so hard to keep it all going; but now it’s time to do what’s best for me.

I’m grateful for those that supported Soul Studio throughout the years.

I’m grateful for an exceptional Soul Team whom I love & adore so much, who they have become, and how much light they shine.

I’m grateful for an AMAZING community that has been built. Soul Studio is just a physical space, but strong friendships were made, and it is the community that will carry on.

I’m grateful for all the laughs, cries, sweaty hugs, and all the LOVE the community has brought to Soul.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to be a part of so many people’s lives in helping them love who they are and live a healthy and active life.

I’m grateful for the last 8 years of my life that showed me what I’m capable of accomplishing and am grateful for who I have become during this chapter.

Even though I wasn’t sure where this Soul journey was going to take me, I’m grateful I took the step to do what my life led me to do. Now it’s time for me to reset, take some time off and see what’s next for me.

When one door closes, another one will open.
