My Story
I’ve always believed that growth happens when we’re willing to embrace change.
For nearly 30 years, I’ve worked in the wellness and fitness industry while also building a career in business and entrepreneurship. My journey has been anything but traditional, and every chapter has shaped the work I do today.
I spent over two decades working in my family’s furniture business, where I gained experience in marketing, purchasing, interior design, customer experience, and business operations. Being part of a family enterprise taught me the value of strong relationships, leadership, creativity, and building a business with purpose.
I began teaching fitness classes in the late 90’s, helping people move not only for physical health but for confidence, connection, and joy. What started as a passion quickly became a calling.
Over the years, I’ve earned 16 fitness certifications across a variety of disciplines, allowing me to support people through every stage of their wellness journey. My approach has always been about more than exercise, it’s about creating sustainable habits that strengthen the mind, body, and soul.
In 2014, I opened Soul Studio—a community that became so much more than a fitness studio. For eight incredible years, it was a place where people came to move, grow, connect, and support one another through every stage of life.
Alongside my work in wellness, I also had the opportunity to teach Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Okanagan College in 2022, combining my love of business with mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs.
When I closed my studio, I chose to take a step back. That time allowed me to reflect, recharge, and reconnect with what mattered most. It reminded me that wellness isn’t about doing more—it’s about creating space to listen, grow, and realign.
That season became the foundation for what came next.
Today, Feed Your Soul Studio has evolved into an online wellness platform offering intentional movement, mindfulness, and personal growth that fits into real life. I’m also expanding into corporate wellness through the MindFit Method™ & Soul Leadership Method™, helping individuals, leaders, and workplaces build healthier habits, stronger teams, and more resilient cultures.
Whether I’m working with individuals, organizations, or communities, my mission remains the same: to help people reconnect with themselves, embrace meaningful change, and create a life that’s aligned with who they are and who they want to become.
