No matter what shape you’re in – you are WELCOME at Soul! If you look on the pdf file of the schedule, you will find green stars beside the classes best suitable for newbies or beginners. We recommend starting with a YIN Yoga class, or the Barre Strength and Stretch. Zumba & Pound low Impact are also great options, as well as the 30min Slow Ride.
