I’m not in shape, so what is the best class to start with?
No matter what shape you’re in – you are WELCOME at Soul! If you look on the pdf file of the schedule, you will find green stars beside the classes best suitable for newbies or beginners. We recommend starting with a YIN Yoga class, or the Barre Strength and Stretch. Zumba & Pound low Impact are also great options, as well as the 30min Slow Ride.
Just let the instructor know you are new, and we will be sure to give you modification
Can I just show up to a class?
We strongly recommend signing up on the app to reserve your spot as some classes are capped. If you do just show up, just let the instructor know.
Do you accept debit or credit?
We accept credit, cash or etransfer. If you purchase the premium membership and would like to do direct debit, please contact us at the studio, and we can set that up for you!
What are the benefits of becoming a Premium Member at Soul Studio?

Are there any age or gender restrictions at Soul?
We are a co-ed! You must be 16 years or older to attend our fitness classes, unless they are classes specific to a younger age.
What do I need to bring to class?
Indoor running shoes, a towel and water is always great to have with you. For Barre and Yoga classes, you can either wear barre socks or bare feet if you choose. Soul Ryde indoor cycling classes we supply clip in shoes! We have all the equipment needed for classes, including mats, blocks, straps, free weights and more.
How do I sign up for classes?
The best way is to download the Soul Studio app on your smart phone. From there you can buy passes and sign up for classes. Some classes are capped, so it’s best to reserve your spot on the app. If you have already bought a pass but have not yet signed up for the class, just show up and on the sign in iPad, select your class and click “add” on the bottom right corner. From there you can search your name.
