Why is Charlene So Crazy About Zumba Toning?

I stumbled across my first Zumba Fitness class some time in 2008 and then about a year later, deeply in love with Zumba, I discovered Zumba Toning. My reaction was something like “You mean I get to dance my heart out AND build muscle tone at the same time?!?!! No way!!!” I couldn’t have been more thrilled. Being a mom of 2 young sons, and a school teacher, I had very little free time, so the fact that I could build muscle endurance and definition while dancing my face off in Zumba, was an incredible bonus!
Zumba Toning got me back into shape and feeling strong again. Shoulders, chest, arms, abs, back and legs… all stronger, leaner, and younger looking!! Even now, all these years later, there’s nothing quite like feeling the burn of my muscles working hard, but letting the music move me through the burn… I just end up feeling more and more strong and light-hearted as the class continues. Super sweaty satisfaction! As I’m teaching, I love making eye contact with my participants and smiling with them…. knowing that their shoulders, legs, whatever, are working just as hard as mine are… and that by connecting, smiling, breathing and laughing together, we are helping each other dance through the burn to become stronger and leaner.
I am so thankful that Zumba Toning is back in my life and that I can share the joy, satisfaction and results that Zumba Toning brings! Dance On Everyone!
