SLOW Ryde

30 or 40 minute Soul Ryde classes. This is the PERFECT Ryde class to start with! All ages and fitness levels welcome! If you haven’t exercised in a long time, or have never tried this amazing LOW IMPACT Cardio workout, this is the class for you! We will go over the basics, and help you get more comfortable on the bike and riding to the rhythm!
