This CIRCUIT Style bootcamp style class will incorporate muscle conditioning, muscle endurance, core strength, and cardio exercises in a super fun format, driven by fantastic tunes. Exercises will include elements of kickboxing that will ensure your muscles are strong and fast. Bring your water, towel, and indoor/outdoor shoes, as there may be an outdoor component, weather depending.
