Barre Stretch & Strength

This class focuses on correct form and achieving more range of motion.  It’s a slower paced barre class with mat exercises focusing on balance and core, combined with a lot of stretching. This class is great for beginners and those working through an injury, and also for those advanced barre goers to come back to the basics, fine tune your form, and get a stretch while you’re at it!
